What is executive coaching?
Executive coaching is a professional partnership between coach and leader, aimed at expanding the range of their thinking, developing their leadership capacity, and achieving tangible results. The coach doesn’t give you the answers — they help you discover them yourself, through pivotal conversations. It differs from consulting (which offers ready-made solutions) and training (which transfers specific skills); coaching works at the level of thinking, beliefs, and leadership identity.
Who benefits most?
New leaders in executive roles facing the challenges of a steep learning curve; managers who want to improve their impact on their teams; leaders going through organizational transformation who need clarity of vision; and executives who feel isolated in their major decisions.
The executive coaching approach used here
This approach brings together three perspectives that rarely meet in one place: an engineer’s analytical precision, a psychologist’s relational intelligence, and a businessperson’s strategic sense. More than 1,500 hours of coaching have been delivered to more than 250 leaders across finance, healthcare, government, energy, and technology, using tools from Co-Active Coaching and Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), along with psychometric instruments validated by the British Psychological Society (Levels A and B).
“The best coaching doesn’t create dependence on the coach — it builds a leader who carries their full capability with them, permanently.” — Saad Al-Hamidi, PCC-ICF
