Nature and scope of the service. Consultant Saad Al-Hamidi provides support, meditation, and inner-regulation sessions, along with coaching conversations and administrative consulting, across six experiences: Team Alignment, Vital Core, Compass of Independence, Self-Horizon, Composed Mind, and Leadership Grounding. By using this site or booking any session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
No medical, psychological, financial, legal, or religious relationship. These sessions are support, meditation, and consulting experiences, and are not a medical, psychological, financial, legal, or certified organizational-consulting service, nor a substitute for diagnosis or specialist consultation in any of these fields. Consultant Saad Al-Hamidi is not a physician, a licensed psychologist, a licensed financial or legal advisor, or a religious authority; he does not diagnose a medical or psychological condition, does not prescribe medication or interfere with any medication or plan prescribed by a specialist, does not provide a specific financial, investment, or legal recommendation or religious ruling, and does not guarantee a specific outcome in any of the six experiences. If you have an existing medical or psychological condition, or a significant financial or legal decision ahead of you, see the licensed specialist in that field first.
Confidentiality of your health and personal information. No health details should be written in the booking form; any health or personal information you share during sessions stays confidential between us, and is not disclosed to a third party except with your written permission, where the law requires it, or where there is an imminent risk to your safety or someone else’s.
Booking, cancellation, and rescheduling. Booking is made through this site’s form after choosing an available time. To cancel or postpone a session at no cost, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the time. Notice given after that counts the session against your program, with one no-refund rescheduling available, provided the postponed session is held within the same contracted month; the validity of any session and its rescheduling does not extend beyond its contracted month and does not carry over to the next.
Refunds. Cancelling within the 48-hour window entitles you to a full refund or a reschedule, as you prefer. After that window has passed, there is no cash refund, and the rescheduling mechanism above applies on its own.
Consents required before booking. By completing the booking form, you acknowledge that you understand the sessions are support and meditation and not a medical or psychological service, and you agree to your data being used to contact you about your request only, in line with the privacy policy.
Intellectual property. All material, tools, and content provided during sessions or through this site belong to Consultant Saad Al-Hamidi or his licensors, and may not be copied, distributed, or republished without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability. Consultant Saad Al-Hamidi bears no responsibility for any personal, professional, financial, or organizational decision a client makes based on the content of the sessions; the sessions are a support tool, not a guarantee of a result, as detailed on the About the Guarantees page.
Eligibility. The service is intended for those 18 years of age or older. Sessions are not provided to anyone under this age except with the explicit consent of a guardian.
Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is resolved amicably first, and failing that, before the competent judicial authorities in the city of Riyadh.
Amending the terms. These terms may be updated from time to time; the date of the last update at the top of the page governs, and your continued use of the site or booking of sessions after that constitutes acceptance of the new version.
