Twin Hearts Meditation

A calm group meditation, practiced together every week remotely, and once a month at the full moon.

About the Meditation

What This Meditation Is

Twin Hearts Meditation is a guided meditation practice from the Pranic style taught by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui, practiced by Consultant Saad Al-Hamidi. We sit together quietly, direct our attention to the heart and to the crown of the head, then send loving-kindness and good wishes, through intention, to ourselves, to those around us, and to the earth.

You're guided step by step, so no previous experience is required.

It suits anyone who wants a regular quiet time for themselves, whether they're just starting to meditate or already have experience.

In the Tradition

Its place in the Pranic style

What Pranic-style literature says about this meditation:

A regular practice

Practitioners are recommended to perform it two or three times a week. Our own session is weekly, alongside a monthly session at the full moon.

The capacity for love

The literature lists it among what's recommended for cultivating "loving-kindness," defined there as connection with and appreciation of others, empathy and warmth, and accepting and understanding reality.

Well-wishing for others

The literature also mentions, alongside it, wishing goodness for people — for those going through pain or hardship — in your area, your country, and the world.

What We Aim For

Its Benefits

What we're aiming for from the session — the effect differs from person to person:

  • Inner calm and stillness after the session
  • A lightness in thought and chest
  • A deeper connection with yourself and those around you
  • Empathy, warmth, and a gentle acceptance of reality
  • Clearer focus and a calmer attention through the day
  • The pleasure of sharing the practice with a group meditating together

These are goals we're aiming for, not a promise of a result — people's experiences vary.

What participants have written about the meditation

Opinions that reached us from participants in sessions and study circles with Consultant Saad Al-Hamidi who mentioned meditation in them. Some are about a book study circle or a translation session, not the group meditation alone, and people's experiences vary.

Thank you, Mr. Saad, for giving us your time and effort. The sessions came at a time when I needed this wonderful meditation! The translation was excellent, and you're someone who cares about details and conveys information with precision and professionalism. God willing I'll repeat the experience with you — I'm very grateful for your efforts, God bless you and your knowledge.

How the Session Runs

Three Stages

  1. We prepare the space and our attention

We sit quietly, calm our breathing, and set aside whatever occupied us outside the session.

  2. We meditate together, guided

We follow the guidance step by step, directing attention to the heart and the crown of the head, then sending loving-kindness and good wishes.

  3. We close with gratitude

We return to the room quietly, and close with a brief word of thanks before rising.
