What We Don't Do
We don't arrive with a ready-made solution before listening to the team, we don't intervene in management or hiring decisions, and we don't promise a specific result.
Alongside whom we work
The team's direct management and human resources; our work supports what they decide and doesn't replace it.
Before We Begin
This experience follows the same structure as the six experiences: we listen, then we agree. The only difference is that the number of sessions, their length, and their price — because every team's size differs from the next — are all set within this same agreement, not in a fixed standard program like the individual experiences. If you're booking on behalf of your team, mention that in the booking form.
