About Consultant Saad Alhamidi

Before he sat as a consultant, he sat on the other side of the table: more than 16 years inside institutional leadership, not observing it from the outside. In those years he launched the first succession-planning track at one of the organizations he worked for, and ran assessment centers that measured leadership potential for more than 300 candidates using validated instruments such as Hogan and Saville — an experience that taught him a difficult leadership decision is rarely short on intelligence, and is far more often short on someone asking the right question at the right time.

That institutional experience is paired with a professional credential in executive coaching (PCC, International Coaching Federation), complemented by two further credentials in team and relationship-systems work: CPCC from the Coaches Training Institute, and ORSC from CRR Global. Over his career, he has delivered more than 1,500 hours of executive coaching to more than 250 clients, developed more than 500 leaders, and run leadership-development programs that served more than 200 leaders and high-potential staff. He also holds three academic degrees that form the three corners of his work today: a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, which gave him precision of analysis and structure; a bachelor’s in Psychology from King Abdulaziz University, which opened up an understanding of the person behind the decision; and an MBA from Henley Business School at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom, which set all of that within the context of work and results.

In both individual and group work, he always starts by listening, not with a ready-made solution: he brings together a coaching conversation that clarifies what you want and what’s holding you back, guided meditation, and inner regulation, then agrees with whoever he’s working with on clear goals, and closes each stage with an honest assessment of what was actually achieved.
