We want you to know clearly what data we collect from you, why, how long we keep it, and how you control it. This page explains that in plain language.

What data we collect and why

• When you book a discovery session: your name and WhatsApp number (required), your email and a note you write (optional), the experience you chose, your time, and your attendance format. We use these to confirm the appointment and to reach you about it.
• When you register for Twin Hearts Meditation: your name, email, mobile number, region, country, and preference (in person, remote, or either). We use these to tell you about the next meditation’s time.
• Optional permission: if you check “I give permission to be contacted about matters beyond this booking,” we use your number to tell you about our other services. Your booking does not depend on it, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• What we don’t ask for: we don’t ask for health information, identity documents, or payment details through this site. The “note” field is optional, and we ask that you not write health details in it; if you do, we handle it confidentially and use it only to prepare for the session.
• Technical data: we don’t store your IP address alongside your data. It is used, hashed beyond recovery, for one hour only, to prevent repeated automated submissions. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary technical access logs.

The basis for using your data

Your consent, given by checking the two acknowledgment boxes when you submit, and our need for your data to carry out what you asked for (an appointment or a registration). We don’t use your data for any purpose other than the ones named here. If you don’t provide the required fields, we won’t be able to complete your request.

Who we share your data with

We don’t sell or rent your data. It stays with Consultant Saad Al-Hamidi, and reaches only the technical service providers needed to run the site: the hosting provider where the data is stored, and the email provider that notification messages pass through. When you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own policy. We may disclose your data to official authorities where the law requires it.

Where it’s stored and how long we keep it

It is stored on the site’s hosting server, which may be located outside the Kingdom; in that case we transfer only what’s necessary to run the site. Access to the data is limited to Consultant Saad Al-Hamidi through the site’s admin panel with a password-protected account, and the connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).

• Booking requests: we keep these for 12 months after the session date, then they’re deleted automatically.
• Meditation registrations: we keep these for 24 months from registration, then they’re deleted automatically.
• At any time: if you ask us to delete your data, we will, including backup copies at their next rotation.

Published testimonials

The testimonials shown on the site are text written by the people who gave them, published under a first name or with no name. If you’d like your testimonial removed or edited, message us and we’ll respond.

Cookies

We don’t use cookies for tracking or advertising, and no visitor-analytics tools. The site may store a small technical file to remember your browsing language. If we add an analytics tool later, we’ll update this page before turning it on.

Your rights

At any time, you may ask to:

• know how we use your data and on what basis.
• see the data we hold about you.
• get a copy of it in a readable format.
• have it corrected, completed, or updated.
• have it deleted once it’s no longer needed.
• withdraw your consent; one message through any of the contact channels above is enough, and we’ll stop using your data without delay.
• file a complaint.
• request compensation for harm caused by a violation in how your data was handled.

We respond to your request within 30 days. We may ask you for something that confirms you are the data’s owner, such as messaging us from the number you booked with.

Objection and complaints

Message us first through the contact channels above and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with the response, you have the right to file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority for personal data protection in the Kingdom.

Children

The service is intended for adults (18 years of age or older). A minor’s booking is made through their guardian and with their guardian’s permission.

Changes to this policy

We update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and we note the date of the last update at the top.
