We listen first to your organization's context and actual need, then design what specifically suits it: measuring leadership potential with validated instruments instead of relying on impression or current performance alone; a competency framework built for your context rather than imported ready-made, to identify critical roles and who is ready for them; and an extended development track that combines workshops, individual guidance, and field application for a group of leaders, measured by real impact, not attendance certificates.
What We Don't Do
We don't import a ready-made framework from another context, we don't issue an assessment without an individual report and a feedback session for each participant, and we don't promise a specific organization-wide result.

How Pricing Works
We don't list prices here, because the program is built around the experience and the number of sessions. After the discovery session, you receive a written note covering what the program includes and its price in riyals — the decision after that is entirely yours.
